1. Strawberry Banana Smoothie


Smoothie . recipe , quick and easy , strawberry

Ingredients:

• 1/2 banana

• 1/2 cup plain yogurt

• 1 cup frozen strawberries

• 1/4 cup orange juice

• Drizzle of honey


Directions:

Put all ingredients in a blender and blend until combined and frothy. Serve immediately.

2. Spinach and Kale Smoothie

Ingredients:

• 2 cups chopped spinach leaves

• 1 tablespoon peanut butter

• 1 kale leaf

• I sliced banana, frozen or fresh

• 1 cup almond milk


Directions:

1. Wash the spinach and kale leaves and chop them.

2. Add the spinach and kale leaves, almond milk, and peanut butter to a blender and puree them for a minute, or until you have a smooth mixture.

3. Add the banana and blend for another 30 seconds, or until you get the desired consistency.

4. Serve fresh.
