All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there are any issues with the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Please allow 3 business days for shipping confirmation. All packages are shipped through USPS or UPS I will work to have your order out as soon as possible.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Returned Mail :
All customers will be responsible for paying shipment again for returned packages, including Exchanges.
Lost , Damaged ,Or Stolen Packages :
Bossy Boxes is not liable for any products damaged , lost , or stolen after shipping. Once tracking information is provided to the customer. You must contact your local post office or USPS (1-800-275-8777) directly to file a claim. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
ALL FRAUD CLAIMS ARE CANCELLED IMMEDIATELY!
