All orders placed BEFORE 2pm EASTERN STANDARD TIME are processed same business days. Orders are not shipped Sundays,  or holidays.

 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a 1-2 days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there are any issues with the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Please allow 1-2 business days for shipping confirmation. All packages are shipped through USPS or UPS I will work to have your order out as soon as possible.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
 

Returned Mail : 

All customers will be responsible for paying shipment again for returned packages, including Exchanges.

Lost  , Damaged ,Or Stolen Packages :  

 

Roxie's Department store is not liable for any products damaged ,  lost , or stolen after shipping.  Once tracking information is provided to the customer. You must contact your local post office or USPS (1-800-275-8777) directly to file a claim. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

ALL FRAUD CLAIMS ARE CANCELLED IMMEDIATELY!
